“PAKISTAN MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE IT OUT OF THIS PANDEMIC… THERE ARE 19 POINTS TO THAT”
Zartaj Gul Wazir aka Pakistan’s climate change minister aka the researcher behind the COVID-19 pandemic has just explained the virus and its name origin. “COVID-19 is called COVID-19 because it has 19 points, which can be applied to any country in any way,” she said, so as expected the Pakistani ‘awam’ was quick to point it out and grill her for her words through the exquisite art of memes twitter had a lot to say about it.

Regardless of what she said she, no one has any authority to grill her for what she said. She kept in mind the audience that was listening to her and tried to explain in a way which she thought was understandable, but for the first time, our people knew a little more and felt they were entitled to grill her for a definition she gave.
She belongs from North Waziristan, born to Wazir Ahmad Zai on 17 October 1984, settled in Lahore with her family later on in life, after getting married in 2010 she moved to Dera Ghazi Khan. She received her early education from her native town of Bannu and Miranshah. She has an undergraduate degree and a postgraduate degree from Queen Mary College and National College of Arts respectively, clearly pointing to the fact that she is qualified.
This proves that the ‘definition’ she gave was totally circumstantial. She became a member of the PTI(Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf) in 2005. It is thoughtless to impose such a label on her due to her statement she made once.
